Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

 

• Each order takes between 3-5 business days to arrive at you once the order gets shipped through USPS. Our estimated shipping time is between 1-2 weeks depending on the season. Each order is unique; therefore, it might take us a few more days to process, depending on the work that it takes to make it.
• We will notify you if any item is a backorder or out of stock. If so, we will place a refund (see refund policy). Your package will be shipped once we have all the items in your order ready.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
